NOTICE TO JIAN CHEN

An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Scottish Ministers, Civil Recovery Unit, c/o 25 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LA Pursuers calling as a Defender, Jian Chen whose last known address was at 3/2, 293 Bilsland Drive Glasgow and whose present whereabouts are to the Pursuers unknown.

If the said Jian Chen wishes to defend the action he should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If he fails to do so decree may pass against him when the case calls in court on 27 May 2016 at 10am.
