A sequestration petition has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Hacking & Paterson Management Services, 1 Newton Terrace, Glasgow, Petitioners, against Mr Ki Fung Liu whose last known address was Flat 4/4, 21 Oswald Street, Glasgow G41 4PE. A hearing has been fixed to take place on 4th April 2016 at 11:00am at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow. The said Mr Ki Fung Liu requires to appear or be represented on this date to show why sequestration should not be awarded.
