NOTICE IN RESPECT OF CATERING INC. LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) COURT REF: L222/15
A note has been presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, as Liquidator of Catering Inc. Limited, seeking orders under section 212 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) against Mohammed Rafique, residing at 28 Middleton Crescent, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen AB22 8HY. By Interlocutor dated 8 March 2016, the Sheriff appointed notice of the import of the note and of the court’s deliverance to be advertised and ordained the said Mohammed Rafique and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the note should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TW (from whom a service copy of the Note may be obtained), within a period of eight days after advertisement; under certification that if Mohammed Rafique and any other persons interested fail to lodge Answers, decree may be granted against Mohammed Rafique.
