Notice is hereby given that on 26 February 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by Data People Partnership Scotland LLP, incorporated under the Limited Liabilities Partnership Act 2000 and having its Registered Office at 13 Glasgow Road, Paisley, PA1 3QS (“the Petitioner”), craving the court inter alia, that the Petitioner be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley, by interlocutor dated 26 February 2016, appoints all other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, both of 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Petitioner; and authorises the said Joint Provisional Liquidators to exercise the powers contained in Part II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
