NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in a Petition presented by Clydesdale Bank PLC (Company Number SC001111) having its registered office at 30 St Vincent Place, Glasgow G1 2HL on 14 March 2016 craving the Court inter alia to order that AITKEN MULTIPURPOSE ARENAS LIMITED, (Company Number SC161827) having its registered office at Stewartfield Way, East Kilbride, Glasgow G74 4GT be wound up by the Court, the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 14 March 2016 ordered all parties intending to appear in the petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
