Notice is hereby given that on 19 February 2016 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by The Right Honourable Theresa May, Member of Parliament, Secretary of State for the Home Department representing Immigration Enforcement (formerly known as the UK Border Agency), Civil Penalty Compliance Team, PO Box 99, Manchester, M90 3WW, craving inter alia that the said Dawn (No 2) Enterprises International Limited, be wound up by the Court, in which Petition Lord Woolman by Interlocutor dated 19 February 2016 (under ref: P164/16) appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
