An action of divorce, transfer of title has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Peter Donaghy, Pursuer, against Patricia Ann Murphy or Donaghy, Defender, whose last known address was 1 Colston Path, Glasgow, G64 2BL and whose whereabouts are currently unknown.
