Notice is hereby given that on 9 February 2016 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Skytech Access Solutions Limited (Company Number SC331364) having its registered office at 15 Pennant Court, Irvine, Ayrshire, KA11 2GF (“the Company”) craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 9 February 2016 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
