NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition by MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (Registered No. SC422335) and having its Registered Office at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ, to be restored to the Register of Companies under Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 and any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, require to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days of intimation, service of advertisement under certification.
