MARINE (SCOTLAND) ACT 2010
Delegation of Regional Marine Planning Functions to the Clyde Marine Planning Partnership
Notice is hereby given of the intention by Scottish Ministers to nominate the newly constituted Clyde Marine Planning Partnership as the delegate responsible for certain regional marine planning functions. The Clyde Marine Planning Partnership will prepare the Regional Marine Plan for the Clyde region in accordance with an agreed Direction given by Scottish Ministers. A copy of the recently agreed constitution document setting out membership and governance arrangements of the Clyde Marine Planning Partnership, and a copy of the draft Direction can be seen online at http://www.gov.scot/Topics/marine/seamanagement/regional/partnerships or is available, free of charge, at Regional Marine Planning Team, Marine Planning & Strategy, Marine Scotland, Area 1A South, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ.

Any representations to the proposal of delegate or draft Direction should be made by email to the Scottish Government, Marine Planning and Strategy branch at RegionalMarinePlanning@gov.scot or by post to Regional Marine Planning Team, Marine Planning & Strategy, Marine Scotland, Area 1A South, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ. Representations should be made within 28 days (9 March 2016) Representations must state the reasons for objecting or supporting the proposal, be dated, clearly state the name of the person, or persons, representing and include a full return email or postal address of those making the representation. Representation that does not include all of the above will be considered invalid.
