Charles O’Donnell –v- Graeme Stewart & Another Edinburgh Sheriff Court – PN227/16
An action has been raised at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Charles O’Donnell against PC Graeme Stewart and the Chief Constable of Police Scotland. It is a personal injury action. If Graeme Stewart wishes to defend the action, he should contact the Sheriff Clerk’s office at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 21 days in order to collect a copy of the Initial Writ. If Graeme Stewart does not contact Glasgow Sheriff Court or Edinburgh Sheriff Court to defend the action within 21 days of today’s date, Decree may pass against him.
