UK HOME RENEWABLES - IN PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION
Notice is hereby given that on 11th December 2015, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Edmundson Electrical Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that UK Home Renewables Limited having their registered office 165 Main Street, Wishaw ML2 7AU be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutors dated 15th December 2015 and 21st December 2015 appointed Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB and appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton, Sheriff Court House, Beckford Street, Hamilton ML3 0BT within eight days after intimation, service or advertisment.
