Notice is hereby given that on 15 January 2016, a Petition was presented by Brian William Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB, the former Liquidator of Marque Creative Limited, to Glasgow Sheriff Court for the restoration of Marque Creative Limited to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006, and for his reappointment as Liquidator of Marque Creative Limited in terms of Section 1032 of the Companies Act 2006. In accordance with the First Deliverance granted by Glasgow Sheriff Court dated 18 January 2016, any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days of this advertisement.
