Notice is hereby given that on 12th January 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock craving the Court inter alia that NMT PLANT LTD., with its Registered Office at 24 The Cross, Beith, Ayrshire, KA15 1BS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by interlocutor dated 12th January 2016 ordained the said NMT Plant Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
