UNDER THE FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATHS INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976
The Sheriff of Dumfries and Galloway will hold a preliminary hearing on 5 February 2016 at 10 a.m and an Inquiry on 18 April 2016 at 10 a.m. within the Sheriff Court House at Dumfries into the circumstances of the death of Andrew Hamilton, born 7 March 1987 formerly of 8 Linnet Brae, Livingston. Lyndsay A. Hunter, District Procurator for the District of Dumfries Kirkcudbright.
