Notice is hereby given of a Petition which was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court on 23 November 2015 by Bernard Seymour Yudowitz for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Professional Housing Limited, formerly having its Registered Office at care of Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Glasgow G51 4BP (registered number SC038291) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 16 December 2015, the Sheriff at Paisley appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley Sheriff Court within 8 days after publication of this advertisement; all which notice is hereby given.
