On 17 December 2015, a petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Marshalls of Kilmarnock Ltd, 91 Alexander Street, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, ML6 0BD (registered office) (company registration number SC479229) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator.
