is hereby given that on 10 December 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Stewart Milne Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Number SC057709) and having its registered office at Peregrine House, Mosscroft Avenue, Westhill Business Park, Westhill, Aberdeeen, AB32 6TQ, craving inter alia that Raven Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Number Company Number SC080668) and having its registered office at Brodies LLP, 2 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 4AD, be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 10 December 2015 appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
