Application by Euan Duncan McLaughlin for commission as a Sheriff Officer
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Sheriff Principal of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie by Euan Duncan McLaughlin, 24 St Enoch Square, Glasgow G1 4DB, for a commission as a Sheriff Officer within the Sheriff Court Districts of Airdrie, Ayr, Dumfries, Hamilton, Lanark and Stranraer within the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway. The Sheriff Principal by Interlocutor dated the Fifteenth day of December Two Thousand and Fifteen, allows any person desiring to object to the admission of the Petitioner as a Sheriff Officer, to lodge a note of his or her objections thereto with the Secretary to the Sheriff Principal, Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie ML6 6EE, within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice.
