A&K Suppers Limited
Notice is hereby given that on 1 December 2015 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by A&K Suppers Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company registration number SC448837 and having its registered office at 13 Royal Crescent, Glasgow, G3 7SL (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 3 December 2015 ordained the said A&K Suppers Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, of all of which notice is hereby given.
