NOTICE is hereby given that on 07 December 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Hamilton by Christine Wilson Campbell for restoration of the company formerly known CWC (Scotland) Limited registered office 29 Brandon Street, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, ML3 6DA to the Registrar of Companies and which Petition for Restoration the Sheriff of Hamilton, by interlocutor dated 08 December 2015, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
