(Company Number SC476077) Notice is hereby given that on 18 November 2015 a petition was presented to the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Kris McGenily, residing at 15 The Dell, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77 5RF craving the Court inter alia, that Optimum Energy (Scotland) Limited, having their Registered Office at Suite 202, Innovation Centre 1 Ainslie Road, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4RU (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 18 November 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Clerk of Session, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and by Interlocutor of 18 November 2015 appointed Pamela Coyne, Insolvency Practitioner of Scott-Moncrieff, Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
