Notice is hereby given that on 11th November 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by Power Eng Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Registered Number SC24704 having its Registered Office at 6 McKean Street, Paisley PA3 1QT (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company by wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 12th November 2015 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which intimation is hereby given.
