Muzzy Taverns Limited
Notice is hereby given that on 4 November 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by the Director of Muzzy Taverns Limited for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Muzzy Taverns Limited, (company number SC 491415) having its registered office at c/o the Houston Partnership, 3 Somerset Place, Glasgow G3 7JT and to appoint an interim liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 5 November 2015 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald Newspaper, ordained the said Muzzy Taverns Limited and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; meantime, being satisfied that the share capital of Muzzy Taverns Limited does not exceed £120,000 sterling, Nominates and Appoints Yvonne Quinn, Insolvency Practitioner, Grayson Corporate, Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP to be provisional liquidator of the said company and Authorises her to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 or Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which Notice is hereby given.
