Notice is hereby given that on 11 November 2015 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Yuu Beauty and Well Being Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Co. No. SC428227) and having its registered office at Griffiths Wilcock & Co., 24 Sandyford Place, Glasgow G3 7NG craving the court inter alia that Yuu Beauty and Well Being Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 11 November 2015 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Insolvency Practitioner, KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ to be Provisional Liquidator of Yuu Beauty and Well Being Ltd with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
