NOTICE TO STRM LIMITED
Court ref. no. L215/15 A petition has been lodged at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Paul Jaconelli, Petitioner, for an Order in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore STRM Limited. If any interested persons connected to STRM Limited wishes to defend the petition they should should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Pl, Glasgow G5 9DA from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If they fail to do so within 8 days of this notice, an order to restore STRM Limited may be granted against them.
