Notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2015 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by RC Ventures Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Co No SC384370) and having its registered office at 3 Clairmont Gardens, Glasgow, G3 7LW craving the court inter alia that RC Ventures Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 4 November 20152015 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be Provisional Liquidator of RC Ventures Limited with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
