NOTICE is hereby given that on 10 September 2015, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton by ROSELOCH LIMITED having their Registered Office at 78 Overtoun Road, Clydebank G81 3RQ ("the Company") craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 10 September 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton Sheriff Court within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
