Notice is hereby given that Andrew Stuart Cowan, c/o T C Young LLP, 7 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BA Judicial Factor, on the estate of the said deceased Steven McKenzie MacInnes, have lodged with the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, an application for discharge from the Office of Judicial Factor, and that any person wishing to lodge answers to the application should do so with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days from the date of this Notice.
