notice is hereby given that on 10 September 2015 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Corona Energy Retail 2 Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Edward Hyde Building, Watford, WD17 1JW craving the court inter alia that Comm Property Investments Ltd (Company No: SC408523) having their registered office at 320 Peat Road, Glasgow, G53 6SB be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 10th August 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; of all of which notice is hereby given: McCluskey Browne, Solicitors, 7 Portland Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 2BT, agents for petitioners.
