An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Bank of Scotland plc, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at The Mound, Edinburgh, Pursuer calling as a Defender Nirmal Kaur whose last known address was 1/2 40 Daisy Street, Glasgow, G42 8HF. If Nirmal Kaur wishes to defend the action she should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at 1A Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If she fails to do so decree may pass against her when the case calls in court on 13/11/2015.
