NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in a Petition in the Court of Session presented by Judith Greig, residing at Watersedge, Collieston, Ellon, Aberdeenshire on 8 September 2015 craving the Court inter alia to order that AJZ PROPERTIES & HOLIDAY LETS LIMITED (Company Registration Number SC304869) having its registered office at Invercairn House, 16 Rathen Road, Cairnbulg, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, AB34 8TB ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator of the said Company, the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 9 September 2015 ordered all parties intending to appear in the petition to lodge answers with the Clerk of Court, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
