PETITION TO WIND UP COMPANY, STRATHYRE PROPERTIES LIMITED, COMPANY NUMBER SC324662
Notice is hereby given that on 14 September 2015 a Petition presented to Stirling Sheriff Court by Advance Construction (Scotland) Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Strathyre Properties Limited, having its registered office at MacFarlane Gray House, Castlecraig Business Park, Stirling be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Mark Phillips, PCR (London) LLP, 1/7 Harley Street, London W1G 9QD be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 14 September, 2015, appointed the said Mark Phillips as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained in Paragraph 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which is hereby given.
