NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Hamilton by Gordon David Latimer for restoration of the company formerly known as O & P Latimer Ltd, registered office 8 Glenhead Drive, Motherwell, ML1 2DS to the Registrar of Companies and which Petition for restoration the Sheriff of Hamilton, by interlocutor dated 14th September 2015, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
