Notice is hereby given that on 3rd September 2015 a petition was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court by the former director of Conlon Enterprises Ltd (Company number SC363613) craving the Court inter alia to order that Conlon Enterprises Ltd formerly having its registered office at 21 Dalnair Place, Milngavie, Glasgow, G62 7RD, be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton by Interlocutor dated 3rd September 2015 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
