At a meeting of creditors held on 14 August 2015 I was appointed liquidator of the company, having its registered office at 1206 Tollcross Road, Glasgow G32 8HH and formerly trading as The Music Room public house, 3 Church Street, Larkhall ML9 1EZ. The meeting did not establish a liquidation committee and I do not intend to call a further meeting to do so.
