NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 August 2015, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by Khalid Hussain, a former director of Station Grocers Limited, having their Registered Office at 16 California Road, Maddiston, Falkirk, FK2 0NH ("the Company") craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 20 August 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
