Notice is hereby given that on 28 July 2015 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Leisure Design Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Registered Number SC155486 and having its registered office 42-44 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4NQ, craving the court inter alia that the said Leisure Design Limited be wound up and that Brian William Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB, be appointed provisional liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29 July 2015 ordained any persons having an interest, to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement, and appointed the said Brian William Milne to be the provisional liquidator of the said Leisure Design Limited with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
