Fuzzy fun for arts festival
HUNDREDS of pom poms are brightening up a Scots village as part of a arts festival.
Artist Gillian Cooper, 42, has helped to hang more than 2200 pom poms throughout Balfron in Stirlingshire for the Pom Pom Blossom Festival which is part of FABFEST!, the village's first-ever arts festival which runs from June 13 to 16.
The pom poms, which have been made by some 350 groups and individuals locally, nationally and even in Germany, will hang from trees in the village until June 26.
