A man was arrested after allegedly performing an indecent act in full view of dozens of stunned shoppers.
The incident allegedly took place in Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow city centre yesterday afternoon.
Outraged members of the public alerted police and the 57-year-old was quickly detained and taken into custody.
He is due to appear in court in connection with the alleged public indecency this afternoon.
Police confirmed officers attended an incident at the busy shopping mall at around 3pm.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "I can confirm officers received a report of an alleged act of public indecency in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow.
"A 57-year-old male was arrested and is currently detained in police custody."
He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court later today.
