SMITH JEAN, passed away at her home in Newton Mearns, on Saturday, 2nd December, 2017. Jean Sinclair Smith (nee Darroch, and a proud daughter of Motherwell). Beloved wife of Leslie Graeme Smith after they first met at school in 1962. An active and creative lady. Adored mother of Fiona, Gordon, Sandy, Cameron and Crawford and loving mother-in-law of Hania and Outi. Doting grandmother of Andrew, Jamie, Piper and Calum (all in California) and of Eva, Olek and Zuzia (in Falkirk) and Aila and Oona (in Lochwinnoch). Formerly of Weirs International Services, Cathcart, Glasgow. Past Lady Captain of Bonnyton Golf Club, formerly Membership Secretary of Renfrewshire Ladies County Golf Association, and immediate past Ladies Handicap Secretary of Cathcart Castle Golf Club. Funeral service will be held at Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Drive, Glasgow on Monday, 11th December at 2pm. Family flowers only, please.
